SUSAN BASSIL is based in Chichester and is fortunate to have her own art studio. Susan works with clay creating a variety of sculptures abstract and anatomical. Animal and human portraiture. Hand painted and glazed.

Susan takes commissions and work to order but always have a variety of hand crafted items available. Her work is suitable for indoor and outdoor display.

Meet Susan and her incredible sculptures at her Chichester studio which will be open during the Chichester Open Studios Art Trail in May at venue 21.

A near capacity Private View of the ‘Snap-Shot’ Exhibition at the Oxmarket Contemporary, off East Street, Chichester.
Each artist exhibiting on the Chichester Open Studios Art Trail 2024 is invited to submit one artworks to the exhibition.

TRACEY LODGE is a mixed media artist working in ma

TRACEY LODGE is a mixed media artist working in mainly ceramics and mosaic. She makes a lot of the components that go into the mosaics and combine them with glass, vintage china and other materials.

Tracey also uses sliced shells and semi precious stones. A lot of her work has a nature theme particularly dragonflies and fish. She also makes a range of ceramic birds, flowers and fish that are set onto stainless steel rods that look great in plant pots or in the patio area and mosaic birds.

Alongside the work on rods are her hangings in ceramic which are mixed with ceramic and glass beads. Tracey has a range of silver jewellery, carving a lot of the components which gives the pieces a chunky feel and by etching them and combining them together with links and semi precious stones to form necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

Tracey will be opening her studio in Selsey for the Chichester Open Studios Art Trail event in May. Sheisat venue 81.

Inspired by nature, the local area and the sea; VICTORIA ARNOTT-RIDEL creates poster style artworks drawing on her love of colour. Victoria uses watercolours with pen and ink to create original contemporary artworks for your home. She also has a range of home and gift wares that feature her artworks.

Artworks and products are showcased throughout the year locally in West Sussex and can be seen in The Artisan Shoppe in East Wittering, pop-ups in John Lewis Chichester and the Chichester Open Studios.
