Personal Statement
I enjoy every aspect of the process of painting a picture. Looking for the inspirational subject, the lengthy thought process, and the excitement of putting the first strokes on the canvas. What happens next can be rewarding or frustrating! It is a creative process that is so absorbing, it takes you to another place. Hopefully, your effot may then give others pleasure. I paint in oil and acrylic and do figurative, portaiture, sky and seascapes, and I like to embrace different styles. I have exhibited in Qatar and on the Arundel and Chichester trails.
