About the artist
Sculpture of carvings in stone and marble, work in direct plaster and bronze. Drawings and sketches.
Willow’s work aspires to the Inuit sculptors and often features studies of animals, birds and the human figure. Their simplified forms hold a quiet and contemplative beauty and aim to capture the inner essence of the subject. Trained at the Chelsea School of Art, her work has been exhibited in several public galleries, touring exhibitions and is also held in many private collections. She is an elected member of the Society of Portrait Sculptors.
