About the artist
Garden and indoor fused glass sculptures inspired by nature and the sea and my interest of recycling and foraging.
Personal Statement
My kiln work started with ceramics in the UK and overseas.
Having the experience of other cultures has definitely influenced my love of colour and texture.
I then completed a BA (hons) degree in Fine Art making interactive 3D textile sculptures.
I have now returned to kiln work working with Fused glass and combining this with my hobbies of recycling and foraging.
As nature and living by the sea is constantly changing with the seasons, so to are my ideas for new work.
Come and discover numerous indoor and outdoor glass sculptures in my garden and studio.
These comprise of flowers, birds, fish, bugs and leaves, as hangings, wall installations, on rods, stones, driftwood or lanterns.
