Personal Statement
I Live and work in West Wittering, specialising in watercolour. I am influenced by light and colour and almost more importantly, atmosphere. Plants and gardens play an important part in my life so these also feature in my paintings. I run Watercolour workshops locally and am very happy to paint one to one if you wish to either have a go at watercolour or would like help with any aspect of this wonderful, but somewhat unpredictable medium. This is what makes it so exciting to use! Sometimes you never quite know where it is going to lead. I also enjoy using pastels, occasionally as a painting in it's own right or adding to a watercolour. Looking forward to seeing you during the Open Studios Art Trail.
