Personal Statement
Environmental artist painter and sculptor for 30 years, Mark Antony Haden Ford has developed his practice from painting and mark-making, continuing the lines of the drawings into weaving with found and grown natural materials. Mark has worked internationally in the realm of environmental sculpture in both the public and private sectors.
In 2004 with artist Rebecca Ford created Two Circles Design, their working partnership makes large scale woven environments for both public and private sectors. Their surreal installations and ambiguous forms encompass a wide range of traditional skills and practices.
