Personal Statement
I enjoy the challenge of taking a fragment of time and creating art in the medium of linocut, woodcut, chine collé and painting.
Inspired by nature and people, my style is figurative. I experiment with colour, line and form with many of my ideas coming from the walks along country and coastal paths from around the local area. Having spent many enjoyable years working in education and art organisations teaching children and adults, I can now focus on my own ideas and art work.
