Paul Fremantle makes stringed instruments including Violins, Guitars, Mandolins and Viola da Gambas. The ethos of his making is that musical instruments become living things at the hands of musicians. This transformation is the heart of the relationship between a musician and their instrument. The start of this journey begins when an instrument is made: Paul makes bespoke instruments that are crafted with love and attention - he puts his full energy and attention into every instrument he makes.
