Personal Statement
Diane Henshaw – Studio 93, Chichester
I am a potter working from a purpose-built studio in my back garden. I work mainly with stoneware and enjoy throwing functional ware. I also make smaller hand built decorative pieces. I like experimenting with different combinations of glazes and seeing the results as they emerge from the kiln is always exciting although slightly scary! I fire in an electric kiln. I find the whole process of creating very relaxing and fun.

Directions
Head west from Chichester Cathedral and cross the roundabout into Westgate. Number 93 can be found on the left towards the end of the road. Free parking on road. The studio is in the garden.
