Personal Statement
My introduction to pottery was in the late 80s when I was living in Japan. I loved the reverence paid to ceramics there. On returning to the UK I had a rather long break from pottery as family and a teaching career took over. I took it up again several years ago and took on my own studio when I moved to the South Downs 2 years ago. I love to experiment with texture and colour. I mainly make thrown vessels which are both functional and (I hope) pleasing to the eye.

B2178/2146 from Chichester. Go through Funtington. A few miles after is Aldsworth. Turn sharp right as road curves left at foot of hill. Continue down lane to farm. Courtyard on right after farmhouse.
