Personal Statement
Statement 2025
I have an open ended approach to what interests me at any one particular time. Responding to stimulii from multiple sources I enjoy exploring different media and the restrictions & challenges that can bring; printing is an alternative way of working and balances well with painting, one idea often sparking another and transferring between media. The discipline of bookmaking brings another dimension to my practise. But I always return to the outdoors, to nature, to being in and walking through the landscape. I hope my work might encourage others to really look and SEE what is all around us.

Take the A259 at Chichester towards Bognor for 2.5 miles. Just before the Mercedes Garage turn left sign posted Colworth. After 100 metres bear right. After 2 cottages, turn left into old farmyard.
