Personal Statement
My inspiration is taken from personal experiences and observations of the modern world. I often use objects in my sculpture to provide a history or signification which the viewer can relate to and instigate talking points of the subjects. I have a preconception or an idea I wish to explore, and it is through the process of making, remaking, adding, subtracting and with continuing experimentation of materials that I finally arrive at a meaningful outcome. I have small to medium sculptures available and I am currently working on producing larger scale pieces . I exhibit in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and London and take commissions. I run various courses throughout the year which are listed on my website. A studio visit is very welcome through a pre-arranged appointment . From Funtington, on the Emsworth Common Road, drive towards Aldsworth. After the turn to Westbourne on the left. The concrete lane to the studios is on the right, opposite Aldsworth Stud.
