Personal Statement
Sarah’s work explodes with colour and vitality; displaying whimsical designs onto any surface, using acrylic paint. She loves to say that she likes to make the ordinary into something extraordinary. Her work can uplift the spirit, vibration and energy into any room. Sarah is greatly influenced by the Bloomsbury artists at Charleston. Both Sarah’s mother and her grandmother had the gift of colour and beauty. Sarah’s mother always said that, ‘a splash of colour’ is enough to bring a room to life. Sarah’s latest venture is painting lampshades and bases with quirky designs that reportedly make people smile.
