Louise Duggan

Louise Duggan is a multidisciplinary artist based in Chichester. Her intuitive, mixed media works explore transformation, identity, and the emotional residue of lived experience. Drawing on a childhood spent travelling across Africa and 23 years in Dubai’s luxury interiors scene, her work blends texture, colour, and layered materials to create abstract yet emotionally resonant compositions.

Louise studied Art and Design at Leicester University and is the founder of Ophelia Art Consultancy, sourcing artwork for international hotel brands across the Middle East. During her time in Dubai, she completed a major commission for the iconic Burj Al Arab. She also leads Sussex Creative Art Network CIC, a UK-based non-profit supporting artists through exhibitions and creative opportunities.

Her current body of work, What We Carry, reflects on the invisible weight of memory, belief, and personal mythology. Louise’s work has been exhibited internationally and featured in Arabian Vogue and World of Interiors.
