Personal Statement
I am an artist who grew up in Boulogne-sur-Mer in France and have lived in Norway and now settled in Chichester. I studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, Boulogne-sur-Mer and have had numerous exhibitions and commissions in Norway and exhibited regularly at Chichester library, the Oxmarket and in the Chichester Art Trail. I have works hanging in St Richards Hospital and Portfield Primary School. I have lived in Chichester now for over 13 years and experienced all the seasons and paint watercolours and oil paintings from the surroundings of Chichester as well as motives from France, Norway, Singapore and Iceland. As seen by some my oil paintings light is my main inspiration. Impressionist painters are my main inspiration and above all what is known as The Group of Seven from Canada.
