Personal Statement
For Camilla Hyde, designing and creating jewellery allows the wonders and intricacies of nature to be replicated and embellished. Her studio looks across fields to the sea, and many of her designs are inspired by objects in the countryside and on the foreshore.
Many of her works are created using the traditional and ancient technique of anticlastic raising, dating back to 300 BC. In pursuit of perfection, and following formal 3 year fulltime training at Kensington and Chelsea College, Camilla has studied with some of the world's leading exponents in England, Ireland ,Italy and the US
