Tracey Lodge

I am a mixed media artist working in mainly ceramics and mosaic. I make a lot of the components that go into the mosaics and combine them with glass, vintage china and other materials. I also use sliced shells and semi precious stones. A lot of my work has a nature theme particularly dragonflies and fish. I also make a range of ceramic birds, flowers and fish that are set onto stainless steel rods that look great in plant pots or in the patio area and mosaic birds. Alongside the work on rods are hangings in ceramic which I mix with ceramic and glass beads. I have a range of silver jewellery. I carve a lot of the components which gives the pieces a chunky feel. I then etch them and combine them together with links and semi precious stones to form necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
