I trained as an Architect many years ago and have painted part time.

I love the countryside around Chichester and spend the summer trying to capture its beauty. During the winter I paint flowers and fruit. I always paint from life to be able to see and appreciate form and the changes in light revealing that form, rather than flat photos.
