Sara Young

I have a fine Arts degree and have been an artist for over 30 years painting and exhibiting in London, South Africa and over the last 15 years in Sussex.

Having rolling fields, woodland and the constantly changing colours and seasons on my doorstep is a huge inspiration for me to paint and create. The British landscape is endlessly beautiful and much of my work develops from something catching my eye when out walking in our wonderful surroundings. The shapes and colour combinations of branches and leaves; hedges and fields guide me and I love coming back to my studio to make my own window onto the peace and quite of the countryside.
